"We decided to try Gatsby's after their recent water damage-inspired renovation, and had a great experience. We were a bit cautious with menu choices as I had the California burger and my wife had the wild mushroom ravioli (first time diners at this establishment). We couldn't have been happier; both entrees arrived hot, well-prepared, and tasty. Service was very good, although as the restaurant became busy our server was less able to attend to water glasses, additional drinks, etc. There was an attentive floor manager who came around to pick up the slack. Kudos to the GM, who made a point of soliciting feedback from customers about both what they liked, and what needed improvement; definite focus on creating a quality experience. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely go back again soon!"
