"In my experience, this is the only local bagel place that is consistently good at online pickup orders. They don't make me wait in line to get a pickup order like other places do. Bagels are consistently in stock, rather than leaving options online that aren't being produced. For this alone, I am a repeat customer. The bagels are decent, but not mind blowing or anything. The donuts on the other hand are great. Before this place came along, I waited years for there to be a place like this near Madison. I don't endulge often, but it's been a good experience every time. Customizing my own donut is fun, even if I mostly stick with the more tame configurations."
