"We visited this restaurant while staying at the Enchantment Resort and had a very disappointing experience with the service. Although we had an 8 o'clock reservation and were seated promptly, the waiter took a long time to take our order and deliver our drinks. We spent over two hours at the restaurant without having received our meals, which is unacceptable for an upscale resort where the cost of dinner exceeds $250. I was so frustrated that I considered leaving, but my wife wanted to stay. Suffice it to say, we did not return during our stay."
