"Normally really great experience and delicious food, my last visit though was not so much. My family and I each said we wanted salt pepper and oil and none of us got any. I also asked for extra tomatoes but no to yhe other veggies and got charged an extra $1.20 even though I just had tomatoes on it. I know many places do that though so I wasn't that surprised until I opened my sandwich to find maybe one extra slice of tomato on my Italian vs my family members who got regular tomatoes. Very frustrated and disappointed in this expirence. Sorry for the lanthy comment."

"Ordered today via GrubHub. GH did their part. The Lodge, of which we are frequent goes of, failed to provide the correct salad dressing for the Chrissy Chicken Salad, as well as aujus, and marina sauce for the Soprano. I called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up. I called back twice and I was bounced to voice mail. BERY disappointed."

"We ordered potato wedges as an appetizer and were expecting wedges, but what we got were simple potato skins cut in half to create smaller pieces. Wedges should still have the meat of the potato intact. But what really was disappointing was that we paid $3 to upgrade our side to roasted broccoli. The serving was one floret with all the little heads cut off. It barely covered the bottom of the bowl. The serving would have fit in a large spoon.
