"So take the four star thing with a big fat grain salt. No, McDonalds doesn't resemble a four-star at all. The four stars here are a reflection on how this McDonald is compared with other similar fast food sites. And it keeps very nice over the board. The food is as fresh as McDonald. The service is generally very friendly, and the seating areas are usually clean, even during busy times. They could earn this fifth (relative) star by making more comfortable seating (the new renovation was a step back in customer comfort), and with *only* a bit more supervision in the way some of their newer employees interact with customers. Total. It's as good as Mickey D's gets!"

"Went here twice in the last month. Both visits were dine in. Nether visit was pleasant. Staff ignored dine in clients to the point that customers who wish to dine in need to order with whatever kiosk is working or yell into the kitchen area hoping to be acknowledged. Both times I had to wait over 20 mins for luke warm food. Is it too much to ask that the staff don't treat dine in client as a burden or actually give warm food? I thought the point of McDonalds was to get at leat warm food fast?"

"I regret to say that McDonald’s has lost its charm. The quality of the food has really declined; the bun was stale, the sauce was misplaced, and the fries were cold. Additionally, my girlfriend mentioned that one of her friends discovered a dead rat in their McFlurry at one point. The restaurant's design is more appealing than the food itself. "The remodel has created a welcoming atmosphere with very friendly staff. Personally, I prefer ordering at the counter and taking my own food to the table, rather than using the kiosk system or having staff bring it to me. However, it's a great spot for a quick bite to eat. The drive-thru is usually quite busy, indicating that this McDonald's location is quite popular."

"DO NOT WORK HERE. ZERO STARS. Azan is a horrible manager and a horrible person. He is very passive aggresive and doesn’t have any ethos or ethics. You can’t even eat your lunch in the lobby. You have to sit in the CROWDED ROACH INFESTED break room. (Picture attached). When you ask the manager for there fingerprint they suck their teeth. It can literally be your first day on the job (very minimum training and he get mad at you for an error. You have to look at yourself and wonder why people who just got hired is leaving immediately. Also, if you call out because you have food poisoning and throwing up frequently, you have to find someone to cover your shift and if someone isn’t able to you get a write up and Azan will write you up for calling out sick and no one being able to cover which is also illegal to have a sick person working. No sick hours or benefits here."

"I placed an order through the mobile app for 16 McDoubles and eight fries. However, when I arrived at McDonald's to pick up my order, they informed me that it had been canceled. The reason given was that I wasn't in the parking lot when I made the order, so they couldn't fulfill it. I live just 0.43 miles away from the restaurant. I had a group of friends coming over after a paintball session, so I had ordered food for all of them. After McDonald's canceled my order, I decided to go to Texas Roadhouse instead. Thanks, McDonald's! It feels like they either canceled my order because they didn't want to make 32 hamburgers or because I had a 25% off coupon. Either way, my experience with McDonald's was disappointing."

"I'm not a McD fan because I don't like a burger, but I have to say it saved my life (as they all know, there's one where they turn.) I was absolutely amazing. the outside of the restaurant looked clean; line in Drive-Thru, but it built fast and the staff led it fast. they had people who move and bring their food when an article is needed to cook. I had to wait for my cappuccino. no bad cappuccino for mcd. I have a chicken sandwich and pommes to keep me since I later worked as usual. the chicken sandwich was meh, and the pommes were hot and tasty."

"I can't believe what happened at this McDonald's. I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and walked 15 minutes to get there around 12:45 a.m. because I was really hungry. When I arrived, the manager and another employee told me they couldn't take my order. I asked where I could order from the drive-thru, and they said no to that as well. I pleaded with them, explaining that I was very hungry and pregnant, but the manager just told me to go away. I was so upset that I couldn't help but cry. It’s hard to understand how a place like this can operate this way. I really wonder who is overseeing these McDonald's locations."

"We had a great experience at the McDonald's located at Jay Scuti opposite BJ's. Last Friday, we celebrated my son's birthday in the evening with his friends and their families. "Ordered $75 worth of food as a quick dinner option since the kids had school the next morning and we were wrapping up the evening late. Got home, and my double quarter pounders only had one patty, the fries I requested to be dropped fresh werepurposely filled with old, cold fries on the bottom with fresh fries on top, and the pies had exceeded the amount of time forsale- the filling had candied over and were inedible. I immediately contacted the manager on duty who apologized and said Icould pick up my FULL refund the next day with the manager on duty, as I wasn't leaving again that night. The next morning whenI arrived, she attempted to process only a portion of my refund, stating that's what was discussed to her and now I'M changingmy story! The audacity. She ended up getting on the phone with him who confirmed my full refund. She begrudgingly processed myrefund and I left. WILL NOT BE BACK to this location. Competely unacceptable service from start to finish."

"I'll admit I haven't been inside a McDonald's in close to 10 year's, Drive-thru only. But walking in this one was a mistake. Ok things change, I understand. But to have no one at the register taking patrons order's. Yes they're we're kiosks setup in the ordering area, but had never used one before. Thought it would be easier to just order with a person. You know, like they did in the old day's. When people actually spoke to each other instead of texting. The only person visible was the lady work the drive-thru. She looked my way several times in the 10 minutes that I stood at the register. Never saying a word to me. A simple hello I'll be right with you would have made quite the difference. But instead nothing. I had turned to other patrons and had asked if they could tell me how I could place an order. And then the lady working the drive thru came charging over to me with an angry face and yelling loudly. I'm coming, I'm coming !! I admit she was alone and extremely busy tending the drive thru customs, it was 8am. So I totally understood. But to treat me like that was uncalled for. I also was a customer. And deserved to be treated as such.She did take my order, told me there was only two people working the floor. But never apologized for yelling at me. Turns out she was the manager. And she wasn't alone they're were 5 people in the back making the order's.Other than asking the other patrons how to go about ordering, I stood there patiently waiting.I understand being overwhelmed, but to take it out on a custom is severely messed up."

"This is the best McDonald's location in the DFW area, and possibly anywhere I have ever visited. They consistently deliver the best burgers and the best fries with salt. "Went here on my lunch break absolute worst service I’ve experienced, from any restaurant. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes while three cars were helped at the other one, I wasn’t addressed until after I honked twice. The person taking my order was very rude, I was then charged for the wrong order and given the wrong food, waited for the correct order and was never apologized to.I would highly suggest not going to this location, seems like they need better management."

"The service is fast and efficient. I've been visiting this restaurant since the early 1980s. However, I took away one star from my rating because there's often a homeless person sitting in the drive-through area, sometimes right under the menu. It makes me uncomfortable to place my order while they're there. I've mentioned this issue to the staff several times, but they haven't taken any steps to resolve it."
