"The restaurant's interior was quite run-down, with many visible stains and damage on both the tables and walls. Even though there were at least seven employees on duty, none of them spoke English, and my order went unnoticed. I wanted to pay in cash and ended up waiting over 20 minutes while sitting just four feet away from the pickup counter. I saw my order placed on a counter in the back, but they never called my name. In the end, I had to tap on the plexiglass and demand my order. To make matters worse, I paid for two drinks that I never received, and it felt like the staff barely acknowledged any customers, so I left without them. I had requested to dine in, but my food was prepared for takeout instead. Additionally, there was no ice available, and both the tables and floors were dirty. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it, especially if you only speak English or expect any level of customer service."
