"Let me start by being the “I never leave reviews but..” guy. If you’re looking for food, this is by far one of the better options in flagstaff. Food taste and presentation were great (drinks included). The cocktails were a bit on the sweet side but it is a college town and for me they made up for it with a fantastic selection of amaros. So the bad? The chef could use a reminder of what it means to be in the hospitality industry. Although his actions ARE an industry norm, with an expo window that sits directly in front guests much greater care should be taken in the kind of language that is used. In this instance, I’m not talking about cursing but rather his belittling treatment of one of his servers. Respectfully chef, hospitality is about how you make people feel and great hospitality starts with how the owner treats you and how you treat your coworkers. Leaving my drink and desert behind was a better option than continuing to watch his interaction with this one waitress. Everything else was great and woulda earned 5 stars.or from me no review at all"
