"the service was terrible! the waitress has forgotten to place the food order for the adult at our table. my insulin-dependent, diabetic vater waited for over 40 minutes to eat what was dangerous. he had to eat from the tellers of my children so that his blood sugar was not too low while we were waiting. we were too late in our movie because our food lasted so long, and therefore not got his free birthday donations because we had to fill our faces and throw them out. most disappointing was that no manager visited to apologize for the delay. a rabatt waiting for the ridiculous, or at least a voucher for a future visit would have been an appropriate gesture, considering that the birthday of my father was ruined by almost in a diabetic coma, followed by late in the movie that we treated him too."
