"I ordered the buffalo chicken sluice and found a hair that looked like a dog hair on my pickle. that sandwich wasn't so great. as soon as I sat, the hostess did not clean the dirty chairs, but cleaned the table. the waitress (because her name was sarah) was not very friendly and was very rude. she didn't want to refill my water drink or look at my table or ask if I'm okay and need something. I had to ask several times other waiters to help. that's ridiculous, and once it was time to pay the bill that she ran for one we didn't even know had an additional fee. she should have told us at first. instead of expecting customers to see everything written on the menu for the first time as they have taken away the menus after ordering. she said it was written in the menu, but it should be explicitly mentioned before we asked for more ranch. she said it's only 50 cents and I can get our manager if they want to take this off. overall, the experience here was not a pleasant..don not think I will come back or recommend it to my friends."
