"Your store in Haywood mall Greenville South Carolina refused to honor a digital group on coupon because it was not in an app from the original person who paid for it. I would call this consumer fraud. Im pretty sure this is a franchise operation and nothing the corporation can or will do about it but im very unhappy and a one is an extremely good review for your company and this store. But I promise you the 20 extra dollars that I paid for the cookies will cost you thousands more by the time I'm done. Im not interested in a refund at this point I'd rather cost you and ruin the reputation of your company."
