"I would rate this restaurant 1 star, and the only redeeming quality was the potato salad. The service was terrible. We both ordered the mild sausage and chicken, but the sausage was so spicy it hurt my mouth. When I mentioned it to the staff, they didn’t offer any resolution. I also had to wipe down my table with a napkin because there were no clean tables available. The chicken was extremely dry, and all the BBQ sauces were overwhelmingly spicy. I have a medical condition that makes it difficult for me to eat spicy foods. I left feeling hungry and ended up spending over $40 for two meals. I hope the owner realizes that some of their employees are poorly representing the business, and if this continues, it could drive customers away. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1."

"This isn't the first time I've had issues with my order at this location. I specifically requested a blended latte but received a hot one instead. I also paid extra for espresso shots, but it hardly tastes strong. Additionally, I ordered a tamal, and it was undercooked. My food is consistently served cold, too."

"I made it clear that I wanted my wings to be golden, not burnt, but unfortunately they were burnt along with my cheese wontons. Despite the appealing appearance of the food, I recently moved to the neighborhood and was hoping this would become my go-to Chinese restaurant. However, if you cannot follow simple instructions and seem to do things intentionally wrong, I cannot continue to be a customer of yours."

"Terrible service… this location should truly be ashamed of itself. After receiving the wrong order, I spoke with someone named NAS, who claimed to be the manager. He refused to provide any information about his superior and acknowledged that he had messed up my order without offering any further assistance. Apparently, NAS is in charge of this location, so I feel compelled to warn everyone—especially since I order from this place weekly, and it’s certainly not cheap. Avoid this restaurant unless you want to encounter the worst customer service imaginable. To illustrate my point, just call the restaurant before placing an order and you'll understand exactly what I mean. When I called, I didn't hear “Thank you for calling Dickies” or “Dickies Barbecue;” instead, I was greeted with a casual “sup.” To top it off, he recognized the mistake and hung up on me. I can’t wait for this place to close and for a decent business to take its place."

"We tried this place the first time about 5 years ago when here for work. We're back again for work and decided to come back to what we know was so good.It was as good as we remembered and then some. Your staff is friendly and so helpful. We feel so welcomed here. We will be back again, and of course, tell everyone we know it's a much try!! Side note... we travel all over the US for work. The bbq here is some of the best we have ever had!"

"Today they were out of many core items, poor guy (supervisor) spent so much time explaining all the products that they were out of. They were out of brisket, sausage, coleslaw, fries, sweet tea, pulled pork and more. The supervisor looked defeated, the young lady who is new was energetic and attentive. The price was $18.45 for this plate of food, not sure I see the value for a mostly empty plate of mediocre food, more importantly it’s not what I wanted. In the past I have seen the owners here and this place was on POINT! Bummer, co worker has a coupon will strongly recommend another place for sure."
