"Made a reservation with a note requesting the patio that faces the Ferry Building. When checking in, was told they could not accommodate the request okay. We were sat down, greeted by our waitress, and was provided water. About 10mins later, our waitress comes back to take our order so we start with drinks some appetizers. About 20mins later we received our appetizers and this is when we started to feel concerned. 10mins later our drinks finally arrived by a server. About 10mins later we get approached by the waitress again asking if we want anything else so we ordered some drinks, more appetizers and extra pita bread that had came with our first round of appetizers. About 15mins later we get a smashburger that we did not order turns out the waitress entered smashburger instead of the 'Strawberry Smash ' cocktail. Rest of our (correct) cocktails and appetizers come by (had to remind them our pita bread was forgotten about) and I immediately request the check in anticipation it will take a long time for that to arrive. Last issue ended up being we were charged for the smashburger we didn 't order (the Strawberry Smash was correctly there though) waitress didn 't correct it. Sens has a great location and ambiance but the service really could use some work..."
