"I believe this place was rated four and a half stars, but I can't imagine giving it more than two. I ordered calamari, and it was by far the worst I've ever had—hard, barely warm, chewy, and the breading was falling off. The marinara sauce tasted like it came straight from a jar: sweet and unpleasant. I expressed my concerns, but no one even bothered to ask for my feedback. It seems they simply don’t care, probably because some customers will eat anything. The waitress mentioned they’ve been trying to improve, but it clearly isn't enough. Plus, the portion was quite small, although I did notice they only charged $6.50 for it. I also ordered a bowl of chili, which was served lukewarm as well. Overall, it was really mediocre, and they charged $0.50 for a tiny slice of onion and a dollar for cheese. I’m still hungry, but given the state of the area—which is becoming increasingly run down—I think I’ll skip the other nearby restaurants too. It feels like the city is on a downward slope."
