"My experience at Dennys was the worst ever. I understand it was Christmas and not many places were open, but they were incredibly busy. We were a party of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids) and though we were seated quicker than quoted, the food took over an hour to arrive. Our hungry, crying kids made the wait even more difficult. Despite being patient, it was frustrating to see a party of 10 adults seated after us, order after us, finish their meal before we even got our food. When we spoke to the manager, Diana (who had tattoos all over her neck), she assured us the food was coming, but we still had to wait longer. Our server kept telling us it would be 5 more minutes, but it seemed like he was avoiding us because he knew we were frustrated. In hindsight, we should have canceled our order as the food seemed rushed and poorly put together, resulting in a lot of leftovers. When it came time to pay and split the check, the gentleman at the register was not helpful and kept taking names of people in line, causing a 20-minute wait. I would recommend driving a little further to a different Denny's location for better service and tastier food. Overall, not worth the experience even if it is the only option open."
