"My daughters and I stayed her for our annual Fall Girls Trip. We loved it, from check-in to check-out. We were given complimentary champagne at check-in, and we were even upgraded to a river view room with a balcony! All the employees were wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. My daughters loved all the gems/crystals. There was also beautiful artwork throughout the property. We enjoyed the restaurants, the pool, the entertainment, all of it. We also loved watching the cargo ships and the tugboats going by! The only negative was the shower...very low water pressure. Other than that, it was amazing.
