"I came with some girlfriends the first time and loved it, so I wanted my husband to try it. Quaint and exceptional service. Great food and variety on the menu for dinner. Loved the deviled eggs appetizer and my husband had the brisket stroganoff and I had the smoked chicken risotto. Both were fabulous and we topped off the dinner with the coconut cream pie, that was delicious. Also, BYOB. We will be back soon!"

"This place is a joke. I have ordered from them multiple times and have never once gotten the order I placed; they will always make a mistake. This happened 3 times back to back to back; the last time I ordered a bagel with JUST nutella and was given a bagel with nutella and CREAM CHEESE. Not only am I allergic to cream cheese, but the idea that someone would even combine those two ingredients is disgusting. Other orders have included missing items and replacing them with something else. The wait time and price is not worth this garbage. I also sent a customer review directly to them to complain and never got an answer. These people are a joke. They make 0 attempts to keep up with their customer base and do not care what their customers think. Do not give them business. Spread and Brueggers are much better places, much friendlier staff, and the bagels are okay. Wish I could give 0 stars but I can't."

"Well this was going to be a five star review until the end of our visit made that change!Cute decor, employee uniforms are overalls which is cool, and there fake hens and roosters that sing about every 30 minutes. Our food was delicious and served hot a fresh. The portions were a decent.Our server was decent however when I asked for a refill about halfway through my meal she asked if I wanted it to go. I said that I would like a refill to finish my meal with. She shot me a dirty look and brought me the refill. Not long after the refill she brought both of us a refill in to go cups. At first I thought that was nice but then I looked at the cups and mine was smaller than his! I feel that she did that on purpose. I let it go because it wasn’t worth saying anything about.We go to leave and pay the bill upfront. The cashier cashed out the wrong table and accidentally charged us $52 dollars more than our bill! When we brought this to the cashier’s attention he got the manager. The manager then voids out the wrong charge and charge the correct amount. Then explains it goes back to the card and it will take several business days and that depends on the bank. When I started to get loud about it she says “well I have you the military discount so that should help” NO! We are traveling so it would be nice to have the 52$ extra dollars that we now have to wait for! It’s not our problem that your cashier made that mistake!"

"All members of our party absolutely loved their breakfast here. Everyone got something different, and all were very happy with their choices. Love the logo and wallpaper. It was easy to order and find seating together with the long tables in the middle. Two people ordered biscuit breakfast sandwiches that looked amazing. My son ordered the pancakes. He couldn't finish them. I ordered the biscuit French toast, and I'm definitely going to try to recreate that at home. My husband got an egg and biscuit platter. There was so much food. My mom ordered the bonuts with the cinnamon sugar all over them. I don't think the kids left any behind."

"WOW!!! I have to be honest, I must have passed this place 100's of times and didn't even know it was there. I had breakfast and it was great. Eggs, grits, bacon, biscuit and short stack of pancakes. Eggs were eggs, bacon was bacon, grits were from heaven, the biscuit was huge, flakey buttery goodness The syrup was real maple syrup and the pancakes were awesome. They also have chef inspired specials that sounded great. I personally stick to basics on my first trip to a place. If the basics are good I take the next step. Well, I'll be taking the next step and you won't be sorry if you do too."

"We stopped going to Pucketts for a few years and decided to give it another chance, well let me tell you they are BACK!!!! WE ARE HAPPY !!! it REALLY makes a difference when you find people who are good at what they do and the cook is good at what he or she is doing! Food was great portions are huge me and the hubby actually share when we come here! Price not expensive and definitely worth it! Atmosphere is like a museum lovely to look at all the old time labels and artifacts! They do have a live band still on certain nights! Service had always been great! Give it a try you be impressed"

"Last night we went out for dinner and had the worst experience at a restaurant. We were with three children and the server only brought half of our order to the table, leaving nothing for the kids. The shared cheese-pizza we ordered was barely lukewarm. We watched four other tables get up and leave because they were tired of waiting for their food and drinks. Our waitress explained that the rest of our order was still waiting to be brought out, so we waited another ten minutes. When we asked another staff member, they informed us that our food wasn't even ready yet. When we finally left, we saw our waitress and some other staff members outside, smoking and socializing. I do not recommend this place at all, it is overpriced and the quality is poor. I wish we had chosen a different restaurant."

"The vegan biscuit is gluten free and what we were served was basically inedible. It was like glue, cement, thickened into a moisture-sucking mass that became more difficult to chew and swallow the longer it was in the mouth. It was served hot and turned into a rock quickly as it cooled. I 'd liken it to days old stale bread nuked. The 'gravy ' is described as a 'sweet potato coconut gravy ' so we expected like, a coconut milk based gravy with smokey sweet potato chunks emulating sausage. We had the sweet potato Ruben from Laughing Seed last night (which was amazing btw) so that sounded like a reasonable expectation. Biscuits and gravy, gravy being breakfast food. What they actually have though is a can of sweet potato coconut curry soup. It 's very clearly Thai spiced soup, coconut curry with sweet potato pieces. It 's orange. It 's soup. It would have been good at lunch with rice. But we weren 't at lunch or a Thai place. We were at a biscuits n gravy breakfast joint. We 'd drank a bit the night before and wanted some yummy bread and gravy to fill us up and soak up the booze. Instead, my and my gf have been sitting in a waffle house parking lot for like 30 mins after numerous trips to the bathroom and her trying not to vomit out the window because we feel so bad. We also got the veggie sausage and coconut stewed collards. The veggie sausage had an okay flavor but like the biscuit seemed DAYS old and overcooked. The collards were not coconut stewed they were coconut curry seasoned. They were soft but again, it 's called BISCUIT HEAD and is a BREAKFAST PLACE and we assumed the coconut was to give it like maybe a creamed thing or the fat to make it more southern, we in no world expected wannabe Asian seasoned collards. Service was friendly and fast but our naked silverware was placed onto the unclean bar which was kinda gross. The latte was pretty good. The other food looked and smelled amazing, nothing like what we got. I would absolutely never recommend a vegan eat here. Or GF. It 's just not good. Pic is our food when we were DONE."

"What a wonderful spot to grab lunch while enjoying live performances from talented original artists! My daughters, aged 12 and 16, absolutely loved it. The service was excellent, and the food was surprisingly good for a theater venue. We tried the smoked wings, tater tots, and the chicken tenders, all of which were delicious! There really isn't a bad seat in the house; we walked in and were promptly seated right at the front near the stage. Overall, we had a fantastic time! It’s very family-friendly, even with a bar on-site and a dim atmosphere, as the stage is brightly lit."

"We attended a Private Event wedding at Big John’s and we really enjoyed the venue. The party was for 50 people. There was a buffet, music, dancing, drinks, and very festive. The deck was available as well. We had a delicious meal including BBQ variety of meats, salads cole slaw potato salad, baked beans, Texas style toast, fried okra, and other delicious sides. The brisket was so tender it was eaten with a fork no knife needed. The staff was friendly and assisted in anyway requested. We will definitely be back and we would recommend holding an event there. Very Pleasant experience."
