"They were out of brisket, ribs, chicken wings, most of the sides and who knows what else, so I got the only thing they had available which was pulled pork, baked and green beans. It was the dryest worst tasting pulled pork I have ever had (an ice-cream scoop full for $13). The green beans were horrible (bland and salty) and the baked beans were bland with a slightly bitter aftertaste. SUGGESTION: If you're going to be out of so much of your menu, you need to find some way to block it off your display screens so customers don't waste their time trying to guess what's left. They only thing that made this culinary travesty worth the trip was the American Airlines frequent flyer miles I got from using my credit card. I had forgotten, but now remember being similarly disappointed when I ate here previously for the same purpose. I don't know if this location is representative of the Dickey's brand, but I would not recommend this place based on my experiences at this location."

"I visited this restaurant last week and I absolutely loved it! Miranda helped me choose what to order and the food was delicious and freshly prepared. She was working on the line because her employees were elsewhere, but she still took the time to assist me with getting sauce and my drink, as I had a cast on my arm."

"Ordered online for a special. 2 meats, 2 sides and a large souvenir soda cup. Once we got there, we decided to eat there since no one was there. I had pork ribs and chicken. The 3 tiny ribs were just bones. There wasn't a single piece of meat on them and it was dry as can be. I went up front and showed the owner. They said they would bring more out. I got 2 small ribs but they had little meat and full of bone slivers and gristle. I had to spit it out. The chicken was refrigerator cold. I did not eat it in fear of getting ill. The Mac and cheese was ok but the cream spinach was as cold as the chicken. I didn't eat it. The fountian drink machine was down. I paid over 3 bucks for a cup with only ice tea as an option. It was horrible food quality and I will never come here again or recommend to anyone. No one asked us if everything was better after I made the complaint. I wish I had took a picture. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. Sent my concerns to a corporate office as well."

"My last two visits to this location haven't been good. My last trip I had incorrect items in my order. This visit I get home and was missing a burger. I live a few minutes away so I went back to the restaurant to let them know. I walk in with receipt in hand all the workers are by a table on the floor. "Sadly after 2 tries, not much to be ordered there as they have hardly anything on menu. And portioning is for a child but yet priced for a 5 star restaurant. For my wife and myself, 49$ for 2 drinks and 2 very small sandwiches. Let's not add, I ordered a dip sandwich, and the “au jus” tasted like burned salt. That was what I was served. And then, let's talk higiene, the place has a ” not so clean” look. To me, it's a no return."

"I ordered online through the app and arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, only to be told it would take another 10 minutes. They were out of several items, including Diet Coke, kids' cups, two types of BBQ sauce, pulled pork, and some sides like creamed spinach. The staff was doing their best, but it was clear they were understaffed. The tables were messy and needed to be cleaned. I've been here before and had a disappointing experience with the food, so I stopped coming. Returning now was another letdown; while the food was good, the overall experience was not enjoyable. It seems like the management is trying to cut corners—there's no free ice cream like at some other Dickey's locations, they don't participate in promotions, and they don't hire enough staff. We’re done with this place and are looking forward to trying the new BBQ food trucks and enjoying the other popular spot across the highway."

"I had two meat plates with Brisket and turkey. Both were moist and very good. But they broke Brisket. What's wrong with that? Beans and Mac-N cheese for my two sides, nothing to be done. Portions are small for the price. Turn off the music. It's a restaurant, not a bar room. Music between 80 90 decibels. All over 85 is harmful to your ears. Yes I have a decibel counter on my phone."

"I used to get very good food from here, but hadn't ordered in a while. Last night, I ordered Togo food from Dickey's, and the quality was terrible. The ribs were dry and tough, and all of our food items were cold and greasy. After microwaving everything, it was still inedible. "I'm giving this 3 stars because the staff was friendly and I've only tried ONE thing. I asked if their Mac n cheese was legit, and they said it was their best selling side. Hate to say it tastes like canned chef boyardee Mac and maybe a little like reesers microwave Mac. Mostly like it came from a bag, tub, or can. Not good."
