Their staff is friendly and attentive, and they make me feel welcome and valued. Today, I had the pleasure of being served by Michelle Y and Jennifer B, who were both professional and courteous. They took care of my orders promptly. accurately and checked on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. I ordered the moist brisket sandwich, which was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The bark added a nice touch of spice and texture to the meat. The sandwich was filling and satisfying. I also got a breakfast burrito, which I love because they are easy to freeze and reheat. The burritos were packed with eggs, cheese, potatoes, and sausage, as well as some with chopped brisket, others with carne adovada and a nice juicy sausage, wrapped in a flour tortilla. It is a hearty and tasty way to start the day. Rudy’s BBQ is one of my favorite places to eat in Albuquerque, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves authentic Texas-style barbecue. Their food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and their service is always friendly and efficient. They have a great variety of meats, sides, and desserts to choose from, and their prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity they offer. Rudy’s BBQ is a must-try for any barbecue lover."
