"hutchins, as I love you. my daughter and I were out there and she mentioned they wanted a grill. she wasn't at hutchins, so we decided to turn on. we went on a Friday at 1:30, not too full, but definitiw calm. If you go in, you're going to scrub a ton. that alone shows them how serious they are about bbq. wood stacks. a beautiful smokey aroma welcomes them as they are welcome. they order at the front of the pfund, we went with slim brisket and grill and a filled jalapeno. then they serve themselves, we went with kartoffel salad, buzz and pommes. the stuffed jalapeno was delicious, he had a fabulous Smokey bacon wrapped around him. only the correct amount. the braut had a wonderful taste and literally fell apart. I wasn't wild about the truthahn, it had a strange pinge of something I couldn't put on with the finger. also the sides were delicious. the decor is rustic and there are many seats. the staff were kind and make sure we have everything we need. they do not serve beer, which is a bummer. they want some good bbq, I definitely recommend."
