Hosted by an unassuming strip mall in a barely drivable lot, Brito's delivers a wonderful Mexican experience loaded with Mexican charm in the form of nick knacks and a resident Mexican alcoholic seemingly there for the mere purpose of mingling with the gringos. The kitchen is run by one chef; quality over quantity seems to be their mantra. Everything was cooked fresh, down to the tortilla chips we watched our chef etch out of fresh floured dough."
