"The flatbread we started with was absolutely delicious, topped with wild mushrooms, fresh arugula, burrata, and a balsamic glaze. The Caesar salad was also very fresh, featuring a rich dressing and a whole anchovy. However, the pasta was disappointing; we tried both the bolognese and the gambieri. The bolognese was a fairly standard meat sauce, while the gambieri was clumpy and heavier than anticipated. The pasta itself was decent but lacked the distinctive bite one expects from fresh pasta.
Moreover, while we ordered wine by the bottle, the glass prices are the highest in Cincinnati. Even with a tip, $10 for what looked like about 3.5 ounces is excessive, particularly for house wine. Overall, it's an okay place with an interesting concept, but I wish I had known about the no-tipping policy in advance. I was hoping for a remarkable experience with both food and service, and unfortunately, it fell flat."
