"The service was great, waitresses were attentive, funny, patient, kind, great with kids! But the food... I don't know. To start, the water was horrible tasting, our toddlers wouldn't even drink it, ive never had that happen with water before lol! They probably should invest in a water purifier considering the revenue they are bringing in. The salad I got as a side was partially rotten, soggy, not crunchy, some pieces were completely rotten and slimy, falling apart, it was pre bagged and left open for I don't know how long, it didn't seem cold either. The carrots were wilted and turning brown. It wasn't safe, and puts people who are immune compromised(older, pregnant, cancer treatment, ect) at risk of serious illness. The burgers were amazing, SOOOO good, lettuce and tomatoes fresh, flavor incredible, but they weren't fully cooked. They were pink inside, which I was okay with, but not what I asked for. Again, just like before, this is a serious risk for elderly people or people who are immune compromised. I am not impressed and I'm borderline concerned about the competency of the cooks feeling comfortable serving food like this. I am not a picky person, but when I'm spending money to eat at a restaurant, i do expect basic fresh food and food fully cooked like requested. It didn't feel exactly clean and the lay out was confusing, multiple registers and booths, it didn't make sense. Thankful for the great service we got though, I didn't complain to our waitress because it's really not her problem the place she works has low standards. She, and the other waitresses were on top of their tasks and we didn't want to disturb them, they were great!"

"I asked how we could order food, but he mentioned someone would assist us, although he wasn’t sure who that would be. I ended up going to the bar to grab a menu myself. About 10 minutes later, the attendant notified us that our lane was ready and directed us to the ANNEX lane. We settled at lane 1 and tried to start our game, but it wouldn’t work. I had to return to the desk and wait in line again, only to be told I needed to pay before starting. Why didn’t they mention that when I was told the lane was ready?! I paid about $45 for two games for four people. I asked again how to order food and drinks, and the attendant said he'd send someone to help us. We played one game, but no one ever came to check on us. Eventually, I managed to find a server who was very nice and promised to send over our waiter, Travis. He arrived a couple of minutes later to take our order. Our food, which consisted of chicken baskets for everyone, arrived about half an hour later. The food was quite good, so that earned at least two stars for the experience. Our waiter came back every 10 minutes to check on us, but we had people coming to our lane to retrieve ramp tools for kids, which was disruptive. Those ramps should really be placed elsewhere, as we had random people crossing through our area and bumping into our food. Also, there were no tables near lane 1. After finishing our second game, we decided to leave. While the bowling lanes were updated and the arcade area looked nice, the service at the front desk left much to be desired. After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in feeling that improvements are necessary. I wish I had caught the name of the older gentleman in the bright orange shirt who handled our initial check-in; I would recommend that he receive additional customer service training."
