The server also seemed overwhelmed, as we had to ask for refills. We ordered a mozzarella pipe and a clam pipe; while the mozzarella was perfect, the clam was nearly inedible—dry and tasteless. We didn't want to complain or send it back, as we didn't want to prolong our meal any further.
