"Food is good but the service/customer service was HORRIBLE on this last visit. It's NEVER been like that before. We placed our order before we got in to Bridge City, Texas. Thinking that would be ample time as I told the young lady that I could be at their establishment in 15-20 mins. She said that was fine and that our food should be ready by the time we get to Port Arthur. We get there and there is little acknowledgement, food wasn't ready, and the young man at the window was SUPER RUDE (him and the young lady was more interested in getting on their cell phones instead of helping us). All of this lead to disagreements and a demand for returned payment. We expressed our concerns to the manager/owner...HE ACTED as if he wasn't too concerned with the way the employees handled us as customers. We wound up keeping our food, but not too sure about EVER going back. Very disappointed with Vince's Seafood's professionalism and customer service."
