"O2 Bistro really needs to decide if they want to be a restaurant or a bar. The location on the water is pretty nice and the dining area is well done (restaurant). However, the noise can be unrelenting and uncomfortable when there are loud people in the room as was the case during my visit. It really only takes one or two people in the room to cause everyone to suffer (bar). The wine selection and prices are very good (restaurant). There a lots of options on the food. Unfortunately, the majority of the food was either too salty, too greasy, or too heavy (bar). Either take advantage of the happy hour prices or go on a weeknight after the regulars have gone."
