"I was at Morton’s last night to celebrate a birthday. The lighting was soooo dark in the dining area, that’s why I subtracted one star. But what really made me post this review was this; I ordered the pork chop with blue cheese butter. It was good. However I could not finish it and the waiter took it away and put it in a takeaway box. When I got home I noticed that he only put my pork chop in the container. There was absolutely NO blue cheese butter (it’s pictured in the gravy boat) and there was no jam (pictured in the small ramekin). Those two condiments made the pork chop special. Without them I just have a regular pork chop. I’m quite upset because I really liked the blue cheese and I also paid extra for it and I barely got to use it. The rest of the food was good. I enjoyed the lobster ravioli as well as the mashed potatoes. I’d also like to add that Morton’s printed our menus with my fiancé’s name on the top wishing him a happy birthday. It was a great touch. After we ordered, the waiter gave the hostess our menus a so we could collect them when we left. But when we were leaving there was no one at the front desk and we never received our menus. I was planning on framing it. We did linger in the lobby, taking pictures, but no one ever came to the front desk."
