"We ordered take out tonight (1/12). My son and I came to pick it up, I 'd never been here before. I parked in the back and entered through the patio. We found our way up to the front and stood by what I assume is a hostess stand. They were busy, so we stood there patiently waiting. A server was approaching so I greeted her, saying hey . She just looked at me, said hi and kept on going. At that point we 'd been standing there a little while. I could see employees over at the bar so I walked over to it and let one know I needed to pick up my order. It had already been sitting on the bar the whole time. So I paid and we left. No one ever greeted us, barely acknowledged our existence. If I was meant to go to the bar to pick up the order, it was not clear. No signs, no one asked what we needed. My husband liked his veal. The Alfredo I got wasn 't very flavorful. It was more like canned Alfredo than fresh. The pasta in it was good, nice al dente pasta. My son got the chicken fingers and fries. He liked them. I 'm willing to give it another chance. Probably not for a while though. We 've had takeout from there before, my husband picked it up and didn 't have any issues. It was delicious that time. Maybe it was an off night."
