"This place has it all a wonderful Italian hometown atmosphere perfect service and great food The staff is so attentive they wait on your every need. The restaurant looks like an old village has the cutest wine bottles hanging around the ceiling in the windows they greeted my guest and I with a slice of cheese pizza to sample which is why we ordered the d'Angelo special pizza as an appetizer it comes with every topping Great way to start and wonderful leftovers when I got back home My friend order fried jumbo shrimp, and they were large came with Caprese tomatoes and a House salad and a side of fettuccine Alfredo I got the fruta de mare Full of seafood, shrimp, clams, muscles octopus in a rich red sauce The octopus was cooked perfectly, was not rubber had a great flavor was such a large portion was able to make two more meals out of it after I got home Had to have desert had the Cannolis with candied cherries on each end, and a drizzle of chocolate Crispy, crunchy and creamy what a way to end a meal cannot wait to go back They have a very nice private parking lot Lucky for us. They were open continuously serving all day. We did not get there till like 4 pm late lunch early dinner for us"

"This is a nice spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal, although it doesn't quite match the upscale vibe that the name "Steak House" implies. The food was decent, but it could benefit from a little more seasoning. The vegetables seemed to be simply steamed with no added flavor, and the chicken was a bit on the dry side. On the plus side, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Dinner."

"there is something to say about the classics. deanie’s was a constant food scene in the new Orleans area as long as I can remember and that is not a bad thing. do not come in the expectation fantasy decor or a new menu, but come for a real taste of new orleans in the whole environment. it is hard to have a bad experience here and should be on the list for anyone visiting in the opposite!"

"The food was great and would be a 5 star but I thought it was a little pricey. We spent almost $70 for a bottled water, bottled ice tea, pt. lobster bisque (perfect flavor and consistency), pt. clam chowder (so fresh and yummy), 1 crab cake (great crisp and flavor), and the sea bass platter (fish tasted great). "On October 18, 2014, we stopped for lunch at a restaurant called Mühlhof. We ordered the special pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese, as well as a side of lobster bisque. The lobster bisque was lacking in lobster flavor, the Mac and cheese was so thick that we had to ask for a spoon, the sandwich roll was tough, the pulled pork was spicier than we preferred, and when we asked for more Mac and cheese, we were told it was from the bottom of the pot. This made us feel unappreciated. The server took away the Mac and cheese and brought us a large plate of French fries after we had finished our meal. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience at Mühlhof and would not recommend it or return."
