"I wanted to provide an update about my experience, which took place on October 14, 2022. Although my refund finally appeared in my account on November 30, the process felt a bit broken. Despite this issue, I still believe they have some of the best salads in Chicago. I've ordered from them countless times and have recommended them to others. Unfortunately, after they made a mistake on my order, I was informed that I would receive a refund. I reached out to them a few times afterwards, but the situation never got resolved. I understand that mistakes can happen, but if you promise to fix it, it’s disappointing when nothing changes. As a result, I feel that I can take my business elsewhere."
