I ordered two eggs, a bagel with cream cheese, grits, and a cup of matzah ball soup. The soup took 45 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was quite bland. The broth was decent, but it contained frozen carrots, which was disappointing. My eggs, grits, and bagel came another 30 minutes later, adding to my frustration.
I was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism among the staff and the overall service. I understand that places can be short-staffed, but I noticed several tables struggling to get cutlery or flagging someone down for a check or additional items. I genuinely wanted to enjoy this restaurant, but the poor service and the attitude of the employees have left me with no desire to return."
