"The pizza I received had onions and mushrooms, but I had ordered onions and pepperoni. I am allergic to mushrooms, which made the situation even worse. After the delivery driver left, I tried calling multiple times from two different phones, but they didn’t answer and I wasn’t able to leave a message. It felt like a waste of $32 for the pizza plus a $5 tip. If I could give negative stars, I would. It seemed like we were the last order of the night, as there was a clear lack of care in the delivery and preparation of the food.
It’s disappointing to know that, despite having such great pizza, customers can experience such a lack of attention and concern at the end of the night."
