"Once at our table, we informed the staff that we were using a gift voucher. They confirmed that was acceptable but mentioned they couldn't provide change if we didn’t spend the full amount. They offered the option to order beer to go so we wouldn’t waste any of the voucher, which was reasonable. We started with the corn chowder, and we both enjoyed it. My guest ordered a hamburger, while I opted for the shepherd’s pie. The hamburger was decent, but I felt the filling of the shepherd's pie had simmered too long, resulting in a somewhat overly thick texture, though it was still alright. We were a few dollars shy of the $50 voucher, so we decided to get a 22 oz bottle to take home. Things became a bit unclear after that. As I recall, we received a bill totaling around $52. There was also a separate charge for one of the beers we had ordered with dinner, which was already included in the original bill. When I inquired about this, the server mentioned the system was outdated and they had to do it this way, suggesting they couldn't simply deduct $50 from the voucher. The amount charged to my credit card was for the second bill, the beer I had with my meal, which left me feeling uneasy about the transaction. To be honest, I left a tip that was $4 less than I had originally intended because I was frustrated by the lack of clear explanation regarding the bill—at least, it didn't make sense to me. Finally, when I got home and took the extra bottle from the tightly secured bag we received, I discovered it wasn’t the beer I had ordered or wanted at all."

"I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I had high hopes as my wife and i used to be regular customers, often visiting at least once a month. However, this time, everything went horribly wrong. To begin with, they served us water that had mosquitoes swimming and bread inside the bottle. It was utterly disgusting, and I can't fathom how the staff failed to notice such a glaring issue. This out us off from the start, and we felt uncomfortable throughout our meal. Next, we decided to order lemonade juice to wash away the unpleasant taste of the water to anincident. To our dismay, what they brought us seemed to be 99% water and only a tiny hint of lemonade flavor. When we pointed this out to our server, he took the drink back and returned after a few minutes, claiming they had run out of lemonade. It felt like they were trying topass off water as lemonade, and that is truly unacceptable. As if those issues weren't enough, the food we ordered was also a major letdown. It lacked any semblance of taste or quality, leaving us regretting our decision to have lunch there.Overall, this was a dreadful experience that ruined not only our lunch but also our entire day.Considering our previous positive experiences at this restaurant, I expected much better reatment and service. Sadly, this visit has left me feeling utterly upset and disillusioned. I would think twice before returning, and I cannot recommend this place."

"The experience overall at this arcade was mediocre at best.To begin with, upon entering the building, no one was at the front desk to greet us or let us know what to do. This caused some minor confusion, but we managed to figure out how to pay for our arcade cards...which were ridiculously expensive. It's hard to remember the exact price, but it was something like $25 for each of the four cards we were purchasing at the minimum, totaling at $100.The arcade cards didn't even get us that far, because each machine demanded a fee of about 10 chips to play one round of one game with barely any ticket reward. (My brother also noticed that some games required a sort of premium party upgrade to even function). The amount loaded on each of our cards got us about seven games each. When we finished, in disappointment, we moved on to the reward store. Each item was insanely overpriced for what it was, there being foam squishy penguins selling for 90 tickets, which was over the amount I had on my card. The mood ring I ended up getting was 50 tickets (it was made of cheap plastic).None of us were able to buy anything unless we combined the amounts on our cards and then some, buying more tickets by going out of our way to find an employee in the place who knew how to help us.The only pros of this experience were that the few employees (I only saw two during the entire thing) were very polite. The place seems well kept and clean. The few games we were able to play were fun (despite it being a complete sensory overload and instant headache at the eyestrain and noise)."
