"Had my daughter's 30th birthday dinner here and it was amazing. The service from our waitress was awesome (I believe her name was Kaitlyn, not sure if Im spelling that right), our food was wonderful and everything was as I remembered. I'm so happy we had it here. Everyone enjoyed their food. The quantity as well as the quality were both on point. The only thing I wished was different was that we were in our own section as there was 17 of us and I felt like we were disturbing other patrons. Nobodys fault or anything, I just dont like disturbing other customers, lol. Thank you Mama Luigis for an incredible experience. Some of our guests had never been there, but I know they'll be back!"

"Very nice place for a date night and if you like video gaming. The music was the one thing we noticed needs much improvement. We had a party of 6 it was fairly empty yet we got put all the way in the far back corner. Furthest from bathroom,pool tables and bar wich we didnt notice until we were already heading out since we went straight from logging in out profiles to our seat. We asked if they could turn music up since it was very fain and were told no. Our server was very prompt and polite but very forgetful although she seemed to have written it down. Music choice for this setting should be something more current and diverse. Its a very neat set up over all just minor improvements could make it more enjoyable. Also several employees also agree but dont seem to be heard since they also said they have mentioned these comments in the past with no regard. The food was amazing btw. Sliders could be a little more flavorful but good if dipped in a sauce. The wings and drinks were AMAZING. Its a little pricey almost double what other places charge for drinks. I hope this helps."

"We chose to dine outdoors. However, we were told that their patio heaters were not working. Since Delphine is part of the W Hotel, it is apparently the hotel's job to keep up w/ the maintenance of the restaurant's overhead heaters, broken outdoor door locks that our host struggled to open, w/ the help of the restaurant's manager. This maintenance is sadly lacking, reflects poorly on the hotel, also its restaurant. Having the only downstairs women's restroom, (which is in the hotel), being out of service, is also an indication that the W hotel needs to pay more attention to maintenance issues. In any case, we were seated outdoors, as we'd requested. Our server, Esther, was wonderful. She was friendly, professional, gave us prompt service. The other two gentlemen who served us our soup brought our coffee dessert, were also great. Other servers within the restaurant were also friendly accommodating. The French onion soup was delicious. We ordered the chef's special twin lobster tails. The lobster was well-prepared perfectly cooked. But the vegetables that accompanied it were underdone. It would also help if it wasn't so difficult to speak w/ someone during their open hours, on the phone, instead of a only getting a recording. After at least six phone calls to verify our outdoor seating, I was finally able to reach someone on two of the calls. Someone named Brandon was helpful in verifying that we would be seated outdoors. With the convenience of the Pantages Theater being just across the street, it seems that the W Hotel should make every possible effort to lure accommodate customers to it restaurant, Delphine. The restaurant's staff management can only do so much, if the hotel doesn't give them the support they need."

"My family and I recently stopped at the Crossing Motel, with the Dixie Inn just across the parking lot. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The older lady who served us was not attentive; she made us wait for 10 minutes while she took care of someone else's bill. When she finally came to take our orders, we ended up waiting another 35 minutes for some of our food, with the rest arriving 5 minutes later. I ordered the ribeye, and it was one of the worst I've ever had—definitely not worth the price. The other meals that were served were just lukewarm, and despite our complaints, she didn’t seem to acknowledge us at all. After we paid, we informed her that we wouldn’t be returning. We travel this route about four times a year, but we won’t be eating there again. Next time, we'll head to the newer restaurant at the top of the parking lot. My advice to everyone is to steer clear of this place and choose somewhere that serves cold beer and has a cleaner environment."

"The food was, very honestly, not good. I got the traditional, with gluten free bread (which is nice that you get two full slices) and chicken apple sausage. Don’t get the chicken apple sausage. Photographed is also a pork sausage, which albeit better, isn’t saying much. The coffee was also not good, but coffee does the job. Secondly, the wait was really really long. Abnormally long. It took us 1 hour between getting seated and getting our food, which only disappointed. Personally won’t return, as the price coupled with the quality of the food was not a match for me. Our server was sweet, but goodness, the kitchen must not be stocked well or something because it was creeping! "I visited a restaurant in the Walnut Creek area and wanted to try their new plant-based ice cream. The chocolate flavor did not disappoint. I had an ice cream sandwich with a chewy oatmeal cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. My friend tried the vegan strawberry cream and it was delicious!"

"I read the 1 review posted that said Cream had a soy ice cream... that wasn't Vegan? Something about that Non-Vegan ice cream comment didn't feel right. After all, why would a manufacturer go through the trouble of making a soy ice cream and not keep it Vegan? With Veganism on the rise, they would have more sales if the soy ice cream were Vegan, right? So, I decided to check this soy ice cream out. Besides, our HC reviewer says they have good Vegan Cookies! And, we can still get a good Vegan dessert at Cream even if the soy ice cream isn't Vegan. So, my husband said, Let's go This Non-Vegan ice cream thing bothered me so much that I couldn't wait to find out and called Cream by my cell on the drive over. I told the guy who answered the phone someone posted a review on Cream and said the soy ice cream wasn't Vegan. But, the review said Cream was supposed to get some Vegan flavors in... so did Cream get them yet? The guy assured me the soy ice cream was Vegan. Okay I told him suspiciously... We're coming over and hung up. Still, I kept wondering why would Cream would even offer good Vegan Cookies and then not carry any Vegan ice cream. Why? There's no logic in that! Cream is an upbeat, sparkling-clean ice cream shop that is tastefully decorated with clever and original sayings on the storefront window (see photo). Inside it's even better. I took photos of the clearly labeled Vegan products. I gave poor Arman who was helping us in the store the third-degree interrogation treatment in my inquiry of the soy ice cream. I demanded to know why the reviewer stated the soy ice cream was not Vegan! Do they use eggs in the soy ice cream? Arman was a very good sport and really helpful. Despite my disgruntled attitude, Arman's wide-eyed enthusiasm in his products shone through. He offered to check all the soy ice cream ingredients listed for me. Still skeptical, I took him up on it. Arman returned in 5 minutes out of breath and told me, NO, it's completely Vegan... 100% I asked Arman again... why would our HC reviewer state the soy ice cream is not vegan. His look was sincere when he said, I don't know. I think someone here just didn't know and made a mistake I still gave him a hard time, but ordered a scoop anyway... and one each of the 3 Vegan cookies, which Arman warmed up in the oven for me. I tipped Arman 15% for his trouble, but I wondered why Cream didn't just label the soy ice cream, Vegan. My husband just loved that soy ice cream. I only got a bite or two to taste it before he gobbled it up in the store. Then we tried to savor the Vegan Cookies back in the car, but they were unbelievably delicious... so warm, soft and melty with sweet goodness, that they were gone in mere seconds! We were driving off, completely thrilled by Cream's Vegan soy ice cream and warm, fresh-baked Vegan cookies, but I kept wondering why a store that featured and clearly labeled these marvelous Vegan cookies (see photos), would not label the soy ice cream, Vegan Then I suddenly realized that Vegans know Soy products are Vegan, so they would know to order the soy ice cream because it IS Vegan. However, some Vegans may not be able to eat soy. So very wisely, Cream clearly labels their Vegan ice cream as a Soy Product! Mystery solved! Arman was right. Someone just made a mistake, that's all. But, this faux pas happenstance shows me that the owners of Cream really know the Vegan Community! I wouldn't even be surprised to learn the Cream Owners were Vegan themselves. So thank you, Arman...for your patience, your enthusiasm and most of all your professionalism! I have thoroughly enjoyed my enlightening dessert experience at Cream and plan to make many happy return visits!"

"The wait time was quite long, and seating was limited, but the ice cream was very enjoyable. I'm not sure if the wait is warranted, but it's a pleasant spot to relax and escape the crowds for a bit. The menu had an extensive selection, and many items were out of stock—information you only found out at the register. It would have been helpful if the menu had clearly indicated what was unavailable. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to give it a try for the first time."
