"I have always loved this Sweet Cece's in Mount Juliet. Normally I would give them 5 stars. However, my last two visits were very disappointing. My last visit, when I took 3 of my grandchildren there was one young lady working. She seemed nice, but not very interested in maintaining the integrety of this location. The napkin holder only had approximately 10 napkins in it, the restroom was not clean, some of the tables were dirty and the area where the toppings are located did not look appetizing. We were in there at approximately 3 pm on a weekday. Upon leaving I wanted to let her know about the napkin situation because there were none left. I could not get her attention because she was in the very back of the store sitting and on her cell phone. She never looked up.The time prior to that I had 5 of my grandchildren with me. There were 3 people working. The young gentleman who waited on us to get 2 of my grandchildren ice cream cones, handed us two cones with the Superman coloring ice cream dripping on the sides of the cones and down his hand. I asked for napkins around them because they were messy and looked horrible, he said I needed to get them up front. There was no concern that they shouldn't have been served that way or trying to help with a messy situation he created. I understand these are young people, but along with these issues the lack of customer service concerns me.I love taking my grandchildren someplace locally, but I've been very disappointed. I do hope things will turn around."
