"Extremely poor customer service. As a frequent of Zak's initially, I have never been so disappointed. We had a reservation for 8:00pm but did not get seated until 9:00pm. I was very understanding that it was the first Friday of lent, however there was never an apology or acknowledgement of how late things were until I brought it to their attention. Next, we placed orders and waited an excessive amount of time for our food and drink only to later learn they had ran out of items and then we had to re order our drinks again as our order was lost (by this time the restaurant was empty).
