"This is not a complaint about Ruggeri's. This is a complaint about Open Table, which allowed us to book a reservation at a restaurant that seems to be closed for construction. When we arrived at the restaurant and discovered it was closed, Open Table would not allow me to cancel the reservation and make a new one. It repeatedly instructed me to call the restaurant, but my calls went unanswered. Open Table, please ensure that the restaurants listed on your site are open for business! And if they are not, please allow customers to cancel their reservations and make alternative arrangements."
