"This was our second visit to this restaurant as we had a great experience the first time. This second time fell short though. Our waitress, though very sweet, was inexperienced, and service was slow. Part of that may not have been her fault as she told us there was only one bartender so the drinks were very slow in coming. They were delicious when they finally arrived. My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana. About 10 minutes later our server informed us they were out of it. Then almost right away she said they had one more order. When we got our entrees there were two pieces of chicken on his plate. One was great and the one underneath was so tough it couldn't be cut. Our server was very gracious and offered to remove it from the check. All in all I would still give it another try."

"I have been to Rossellini’s multiple times with good service so I decided to have a group birthday dinner there (only people). As soon as we sat down and got our server instantly regretted it!! Our server was very rude to us, wasn’t even going to ask if we wanted a drink besides water and took about minutes to even get to our table. We had to ask for other drinks besides water. Took about minutes to get our other drinks. Took minutes after we sat down to order our food. There was a couple who sat down after us and got their food before we even ordered ours! You are suppose to get bread before the meal. Had to ask times for it and finally got it after our meals came out. We were told they were baking it and had to wait on that which was fine and expected for it to come out warm. But they bread came out ice cold! It was siting there for ever but the waiter never brought it to us! We asked for the checks and took another minutes to get those! The server was so bad that someone from our party had to go behind the bar and help him! We were at the restaurant for over an hour and a half, closer to two hours! I had to ask different times and different servers for the manager to complain. When he finally did come all he said was “we are very busy, so sorry”. I even responded I know your busy and I’ve been here before while you’ve been this busy and had way better service then this. The mananger didn’t even try to make the situation better! I will never go again because the service was awful which is a shame because I’ve been there many times before and it was great and the food is also good. But the last visit made me so mad that I will never go back."

"I had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff member named Adam was quite rude. I presented him with four different cards, but when someone got on the phone to assist, the card was taken right away. Unfortunately, he hung up on me when he couldn't resolve the issue, so I requested to speak to a manager, but they ended up blocking my number."

"I visited Rotelli for the first time this week and was absolutely delighted! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming smile. The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy.The food was very good! My friends and I ordered pizza, pasta, among other dishes.Both dishes were deliciously, well seasoned and presented in an appetizing manner. The ingredients were obviously fresh, and the flavor was simply incredible.The service was quick and attentive, even with the restaurant full, they arranged to bring together several people, as there were 15 people plus children. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, always available to recommend dishes or answer questions about the menu.Complimentary, they placed delicious bread, soups and water on the table with a glass of lemon.The prices are fair, considering the high quality of the dishes and the exceptional service. Rotelli definitely offers great value for money.I'm looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu's delights. Congratulations to the entire team for a memorable experience. "I went to this place for the first time with a friend. This restaurant is cafe style. So you sit with a menu and order at the register up front. We did not know that and we were not told when we arrived. The restaurant only had dinners at two tables when we arrived, so it was not very busy. The ordering process for use was very frustrating. We started to order up front and in the middle of us ordering another worker came and gave the lady who was taking our order the phone and she literally took over five minutes on the phone. The guy at the bar said he would take our order because he saw the struggle. He took our order but did not get it correct even after verbal confirmation. We get some of the food and it is pretty decent. Overall I would suggest online ordering or ordering in advance for take out. Otherwise I would highly not recommend this establishment, especially during its slow time."

"I have been a loyal customer of Mamma Roma for years, but I recently had a terrible experience with their service. After waiting 40 minutes for my simple order of a cheesesteak and fries, they finally realized that my order had not been put in. I waited an additional 20 minutes without much of an apology before receiving my order. The only saving grace was a young lady who seemed genuinely sorry for the mistake. When I got home, only 5 minutes away, I found that my fries were cold, limp, and not seasoned as they used to be. It seems that the quality has declined since the founder sold the restaurant. Unfortunately, they have lost a loyal customer tonight."

"We have been customers for many years and need to express a number of disappointments with the loss of quality of service particularly from a hostess waitress a middle aged lady with dark brown ponytail hair. We are vegetarians and asked the waitress to confirm if their soup was without meat she confirmed that the soup had no meat. But when the soup came, we found there were a lot of bacon in them. When we complained, she was trying to make it like bacon were veggies without realizing it caused one of our throats to swell (allergic reaction). We tried to be patient and as a result, the same waitress started unprofessionally doing sadistic mockery of pranking us by giving us someone else ' food (in a way of saying these are for you and then saying ha ha these are for someone else exhibiting horrendous display of immaturity and creating nothing but discomfort among us two. Even more, the same waitress would come back and inappropriately asked why or how one of us would eat with lipstick on, even asked me this: How can you eat with so much lipstick on? these number of shocking mistreatment misconduct by this person is beyond belief. The food has always been favorable but all the bullying and unprofessional acts by this person ruined our experience. What good is it when food is good but along with mistreatment from staff? Because of what happened, we will never feel comfortable going back there. The management at Roboli 's should learn from how respectful and professional waitstaff are at Villagio (Mizner Park), Mario 's Osteria (University Commons), to name a few."

"Great pizza and great dinners. My only complaint is they give you way too much food which is a complaint I think they will take! Food is delicious all around. Garlic rolls are world class too. Had dinner there on Monday night and it was so good I had to try their pizza on Tuesday, both phenomenal! And while my daughter and I were waiting for the pizza, they offered us something to drink and brought us garlic rolls, they know how to take care and treat customers. I highly recommend this place, one of the best I've ever had and by far the best in Boca Raton!"

"I called today to order a Hawaiian pizza branch with Bake and the other half pineapple and only cheese. When delivered sooo quickly, we were impressed. BUT the order was wrong clear, it was a misunderstanding on the order, but could eat?t due to my pork allergy the POINT is called back the lady was very pleasant and has delivered additional two slices without ham quickly. "First, I should mention that I'm Italian and tend to be quite discerning when it comes to Italian cuisine. I visited this restaurant for lunch with some friends, and there were hardly any customers present during our visit. Our server, Maria, was very friendly once we got her attention, and it appeared she was the only server working that day. After we placed our orders, however, it felt like an eternity before our food arrived, especially considering the restaurant was nearly empty at the time. The iced tea wasn’t good, and several of us ended up switching it for soda. I ordered the soup and salad lunch special, and the only soup option available was pasta e fagioli. I found it disappointing that there were no other choices. However, the soup was quite tasty. The salad was decent, but in my opinion, it should have included arugula, which I think is essential for an Italian restaurant. The meal also included garlic bread buns, which others had praised in their reviews. While the bread itself was soft and enjoyable, the garlic and oil topping had an unusual taste that was hard to describe. Overall, this was not my favorite experience by any means. Was it worth the money? Maybe, but I could have made something better at home. Ciao!"
