"We frequently order from this restaurant, and the food is consistently excellent. However, during our last visit, we encountered some issues. We placed our order in advance through their website and arrived at the scheduled time, but it was clear they were not prepared. I overheard some commotion in the back as they scrambled to provide me with an alternative pizza because they weren’t ready. While I'm not particularly fussy about which pizza I receive, the real problem was with the wings. We had ordered a party pizza along with 50 wings, and unfortunately, the wings ended up spilling grease and oil all over my wife's lap while we were driving. Moreover, my sister-in-law got grease all over her counters, and they forgot to include the BBQ sauce. I strongly recommend that they reconsider their packaging for large orders to avoid this happening in the future."
