"WARNING: be careful as you 're chewing the sandwich. You might experience some dirt or sand in it and they will not care. I just bought a hummus and avocado sandwich along with vegetarian chili. My almost last bite of the sandwich as I was chewing it. I felt like I was eating sand. I told the manager lady and she gave me a completely crazy response. She said well that hasn 't happened with any of the other customers. That doesn 't matter. Obviously there 's dirt or sand getting in there somehow. Telling me that other people haven 't is a stupid response. I 'm your customer right now and I just experienced distress from eating sand in your sandwich. I paid 10 bucks for a sandwich and you tell me basically So what? Other people have not had this happen to them.... Maybe they just don 't tell you because they 've already walked away and are eating the sandwich in the office. Maybe they just haven 't told you because they spit it out and they don 't care untiyou because it 's not important to them. I was trying to help you and it wasn 't seeking any compensation. Better customer service would be to take my concern seriously and say: oh, I am so sorry that happened. I will personally look into it. Is there some thing I can give you like a treat or cookie or one of the desserts to make it up to you? But sadly she lost an opportunity to have a repeat customer.... "Nice and beautiful location. We were able to get a patio table without a reservation and no wait time. They have a good variety of appetizers, salads, seafood, poultry, beef dishes plus desserts and of course, drinks. This time I opted for a light meal and I had the seafood salad as my main. It was a great choice. The seafood tasted so fresh and light, but at the same time delicious. It had shrimps, octopus and squid, plus the greens and red peppers. It also had some potatoes. Husband and I shared calamari for appetizer and the tater tots, they were amazing as other reviews said. They have cheese inside and a crispy warm texture outside. We took the leftovers and even the next day were delicious. Husband had a roasted chicken that was very tasty. He loved it. We will definitely come back."

"They food was amazing! The portions are huge so be prepared and don’t over order like we did! Although, with all of the great items on the menu it will be hard not to order a lot! Food was very flavorful! We had the Bruschetta (must order), shrimp fried rice (good), fried calamari (great). For our entrees we order the chicken (so flavorful) and the prime rib sandwich (good). Others at our table order the salmon and the Ribeye and they said their entrees were great! Drinks were very creative and great! Service was amazing!"

"Six of us dining tried four different items, all very good. I do think a small salad or soup should be included on a main dish.(halibut). This is pricey . It is priced as if an elegant dining room which Si Bon although a favorite of ours is not. It is casual and somewhat noisy as tables are placed close together. No table cloths, etc. We do enjoy your restaurant and appreciate that COVID has been tough on restaurants. We try and support our local restaurants but not as often if prices are high"

"food was decent at best, service was not at all diligent. we had a photographer with us for a friend's birthday dinner and the wait staff left every empty cup and plate on the table. we actually put all the empty cups and plates on one side of the table so we could take pictures, and the wait staff still didn't move it all. that was ridiculous, especially for the price."

"Great little Thai place, nearby the Park St. Bus stop. I basically stick to the classic pad thai or flat noodles dish, though they have plenty of options to choose from, including a Wine Menu. We usually order take-out, but if you have time to dine in then definitely do so, their service has always been pleasant, and they are rarely over-crowded so couples can enjoy having conversations without straining to hear their partner. Best part is the awesome jazz music they have playing, only classic jazz standards from the greats, no cheesy smooth jazz or elevator bossa-nova music that is mistaken for jazz far too often. Makes a great spot for a 1st date if you don't want to break the bank."

"Service was not good. We must have been there in the middle of shift change, because our server left in the middle of us dining without saying a word. She was talking to the people sitting behind us for a very long time (probably friends, not sure) and did not come check on our table. After that, we just didn’t see her at all and figured she left?? We were very confused because we sat for a long time without anybody coming to check on us/ collect plates/ refill water. We only got service when we called over some other server. My friends and I also work in a restaurant and we were very shocked by this behavior it was very unprofessional. At the very least the new server should have come over and introduced himself so we know who is taking care of us. The service in this restaurant was awful. Also, this is the only place I have ever seen charge $12+ for NON alcoholic drinks. The cheapest mocktail was $8 and the rest ranged between $12-14 when the alcoholic drinks were $15+. I just thought that was weird. Overall, if the service was better I would come again and recommend this place because the food was good. I know a lot more places that have just as good a menu but at least a normal standard for service. Do better."

"What a delightful experience we had at Postino. We were sat immediately and taken to a table of choice; to which the servers promptly brought us water and got us started. We ordered quite the board layout (as seen in the pictures), but for your enjoyment, we compiled a Mt. Rushmore of our favorite Bruschetta options:1. Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig Mascarpone 2. Ricotta, Dates Pistachio3. Sweet N' Spicy Pepper Jam Goat Cheese4. Mushroom Mascarpone Everything about the boards tasted so fresh, full, and flavorful. Highly recommend these options.We also ordered the OMG Grilled Cheese. This was the unfortunate reason for the 4-star review and not the 5 stars. To me, a grilled cheese is a harmonious tandem. The cheese should be in control, with a compliment of a nice crunchy on the outside and chewy in the inside bread. This grilled cheese was dominated by the bread. Maybe it's because of the panini-style format, but the bread was very crunchy, and took a lot away from the flavor of the cheese. I wasn't as impressed.This place is great. The vibes are immaculate, the people are kind, and especially on a beautiful Phoenix night, I can't think of a much better place for fruitful conversation over a well-constructed meal.If you haven't been to Postino yet, put it on your calendars!PS- Alan and Ace served us,,, and they were amazing!"

"My family was the first to be seated when the restaurant opened at 10am. My daughter and I arrived around 10:15 and joined the rest of the party, who had already ordered their food and drinks before we got there. It took about 10 minutes after we were seated for our order to be taken. Unfortunately, after a 30-minute wait, the rest of my family received their food and drinks, but my daughter’s and my meal was still not ready. "My second time at Postino and the service like always was great. Love coming here because of the cozy ambiance. A great place to come if you want to grab a bite to eat, have a glass of wine, by yourself or with other people. We ordered a bruschetta board, which it allows you to choose four options. We chose the Fresh Mozzarella with Tomato Basil, Smoked Salmon Pesto, Sweet Spicy Pepper Jam Goat Cheese and the Salami Pesto. The Crispy Cauliflower was very good. It was pan roasted and set on top of romesco sauce, sultana raisins and capers. The Meat balls and Goat Cheese was delicious as well and enough to share between two people especially if ordered with other items to share. For wine we ordered the 2020 Costa red blend from California which is a nice semi sweet wine."

"Had such a great time dining at postinos with friends! The service was fantastic from everyone there and it was great because we started at the bar and then is more friend showed up move to a table and they transitioned us without a problem. Justin the bartender and Walter serve her we're really a pleasure to interact with. I don't know the name of all the rest of the staff however I'm pretty sure that no one at my table ever have an empty glass of water for more than a moment before they would come to make sure it was full which is nice on a hot day. The food was great we had the bruschetta mixer the mushroom plate the sweet potato wedges and the smoked salmon and all of the food was delicious and fresh. Will definitely go back to dine here again and highly recommend you stop in and check them out!"

"The happy house is awesome, but note that it ends at 5pm (at least on Friday)! You have to do the 4 option bruschetta “board” for $17 or so. There are several options and you pick 4 ! Awesome. Overall, this is a great place to be in Tucson! It’s an inside out and outside in experience. You may have to go there to understand what I mean. It is tucked back a bit, and parking can be tight, but it’s worth it. ! We sat inside which is cozy and “library like”. Other times we sit the bar where there are lots of bartenders at our beck and call. Food is always very good, especially the “boards”. Beer and wine selection were unique and great. The managers are awesome, and I especially like how they support local non-profits like More Than a Bed, which helps local foster kids and families! VictorB"

"Very small neighborhood Italian neighborhood restaurant. Indoor and outdoor; there is even a tiny table for two at the curb. My wife I were seated quickly. The staff was nice enough, and attentive, even though it was very busy. Three servers taking care of everyone. Open kitchen, which I always find nice. I had veal and water (beer and wine only), my wife shrimp risotto a Bellini. Everything was fine. But the place is just too cramped for me. And exhibits zero personality."
