"First, I ordered a cocktail and a glass of water. The cocktail was quite strong, so I planned to ask the waitress to make two more from it, but she never returned to our table until all the ice had melted and the drink was watered down. Additionally, I never received my water.
After ordering our drinks, we found ourselves waiting a long time to place our food order. We ultimately had to flag down a passing server to get her attention so we could finally order. This was the same situation when it came to our appetizers.
I ordered my steak medium well, but it arrived completely charred. I also requested a salad to be served before my meal, but it didn't come until I finished eating, and I had to ask a different server for it as well.
To top it off, there was no salt and pepper on our table, and our server never checked in with us, so my friend had to get up and take some from an empty table nearby. Normally, I would have complained and refused to pay for the meal, but we were in a hurry to leave.
Given this experience, I won't be returning anytime soon."
