"Went for my birthday dinner.. ended up having 8 people instead of 10. It took 35 mins for drinks… the food came out in sections so nobody could eat at the same time. From the time we ordered food to table was over an hour. Went for a 6pm reservation and didn’t leave until 8:50 and it was due to the food and timing. Wasn’t busy at all so it did not make any sense to me. They charged me 14 for a shot of Don Julio which was a regular sized shot and it was warm. Only good thing about our meal was the server. She was wonderful.. and after I complained.. the manager couldn’t care less to hear what I had to say.. I had the teriyaki steak and it was NOT a filet. Every single person at the table was like that’s not filet but the manager didn’t care to listen. I asked for Med rare and it was a well done piece of almost like hamburger steak… then after being rudely mocked, he took the steak off and they didn’t even give me my “free birthday dessert” I have been going here for years and this is the last time we will spend our here. So disappointed… I haven’t celebrated my birthday in 6 years without kids and this couldn’t have gone worse."
