The staff member asked if I had just called and explained that they were very busy discussing a previous power outage. However, the driver had already told me that they didn’t appear busy and were just standing around talking. Additionally, the caller insisted that the tea was meant to taste bitter, which my daughter would never have ordered if that were the case.
In conclusion, I experienced terrible service, a disappointing product, and an intrusive follow-up phone call. I will never order from Toppings again. I reluctantly gave them one star, as I wasn’t sure if zero stars were an option."
