"Go at your own risk!!!! We stopped in on vacation to grab dinner as it was close to the hotel and had a good looking menu. We came in to the restaurant almost empty at dinner time, which we were surprised about. The host was attentive and sat us immediately and served us water. The restaurant windows were open and all you could smell was cigar smoke from a person seated outside smoking. You couldn’t smell any food, which I thought was unusual for an Italian restaurant. My husband and I went to take a sip of water at the same time and we were both shocked and disgusted at the taste of some sort of cleaning agent. This was a very strong taste. If you’re familiar with the smell of yellow fabuloso, that is exactly the taste. We tried our kids waters and they also tasted of the cleanser. It was very strong, and was not just dish detergent that hadn’t been thoroughly washed. This water came from a karaffe that they refill. We let the bartender know, she was very apologetic however we could not stay to eat after that experience, as well as the unpleasant smell of the restaurant."
