She's not the problem here. lees made obviously my order as soon as it was received and let it sit on a warming tablet for 30 minutes; our food was lukewarm. further, instead of getting thighs, we got nasty dry wings. the manager was rude when my buddy called and said that she personally packed the order and it was? I didn't make a mistake. then click, she hangs. uber eats has never solved this, the manager has not. update uber eats has refunded my ordering costs. Chuck the mother company reacted to my thinking. he was exceptionally professional and friendly; he said he would talk to the staff about the proper treatment of complaints. I believe him. he also wanted to replace the meal times. his correspondence was over and over acceptable. the local restaurant can fight but with guide like chuck they should recover well."
