"When we arrived at BWW it took several minutes to be greeted. When someone eventually came around I informed to hostess that we had a reservation and was told that they do not take reservations at that time. I showed her the Open Table reservation and she was not impressed, they still did not take reservations. We were seated after a while. We went to BWW specifically to see the Caps vs Devils hockey game (as annotated on our reservation). The hostess who seated us said she would see about getting the came in. The waitress eventually came around and she was nice enough to get the manager to come over, who put the game on for us. After this the night was fine. BWW is a good place to watch a game. The food was okay, typical for BWW. The service was slow, but maybe the waitress was leaving us alone to watch the game."
