"I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered curbside pick up and called the store when I parked to let them know I was there. They told me it would be right out. Then I watched a worker walk outside and smoke a cigarette while another worker stood with him and talked. I waited 12 minutes before calling again to verify I had ordered from the right location and ask if they had my car information. The guy on the phone told me I would just have to go inside to pick it up because they were just so busy. I said I was sick and he said to me Well that 's not fair to me! We shouldn 't have to bring it out to your car if you 're sick. He then hung up on me. I drove off without my food upset but then got a call from the store saying they would leave it on the hood of my car. I said I would turn around and go back. I then sat outside for 20 more minutes and never got my food. I was sick (not from covid) and upset so, my sister said she would call to see what the deal was. When the phone was answered, she first asked to speak with the manager on duty and the same guy who hung up on me said HE was the manager... He then got a terrible attitude and hung up on her. Absolutely unacceptable way to do business. Curbside was created for the specific purpose of safely delivering food to a customer. I am not a Karen- I was completely prepared to drive off and just never give them business again-but then they called back and said they would put it on my hood and just never did, so I was pissed. This is the first Google review I have done in years. If that is the *actual* manager, the owner should make some changes or the franchise license should be revoked. And by the looks of it, I 'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with these folks. Will never go back."

"Mystical Flavor of Food and Mystique of the Restaurant Site/EnvironsWe discovered a mixture of ages at each table but all present a refreshing youthfulness, no matter the age, children, middle aged, older.Immerse in the geography of the restaurant interior: eight bar stools which catch/attract mini families and the only one diner alone present this weekend evening; notice seemingly small tables that seat three to four or a bit more lined up and placed conveniently and refreshingly geometrical. Efficient wait persons, each carefully focused on her/his task, stand out, for example, service at a corner table of five, one stalwart, well postured waitress arrayed in perfectly taut jeans connected to all her stable motion that shows her steady, stable stance, bringing out the best of the jeans and the jeans bringing out the best of holistic her. Men servers, also efficient, are the majority; one of the two women servers as described above focuses facially and geometrically perfectly both in motion and also while not moving.Lighting at our table at first seemed dim (bulb above was out it seems) but later seemed to get lighter and was fine. Overall the light from entrance to kitchen at the other end horizontally maintains its motion.Food conveys an holistic Italian feel. Delicious looking and especial tasting appetizers grab and hold diners' attention, panelle for example and also fried zucchini blossoms, as tasty as the sound of their name. Gaze at and savor Leonard Street pizza (cool name), replete with pistachio pesto, zucchini, heirloom tomato, flor di latter, chillies, lemon, burrata, basil, so many pizza parts flowing smoothly together. The pasta rigatoni jealously views its glowing pizza competitor. The restaurant's motion and taste work together and reach all diners present, as evident from their peaceful, satisfied visages.Visit again and again to continue to delve into and continue delicately to probe Pecoraro Latteria's forever mystique.."
