"I called in a pizza order and the background noise level was quite high. The young woman taking my order couldn't hear my name well, instead of saying excuse me, she replied with "what?" She didn't listen to my request and I had to repeat myself several times as she seemed quite distracted. When I picked up the pizza, another young woman met me with quite an attitude and asked for my name twice, again saying "huh"? This was very unprofessional. When I took out my wallet to pay, the flashlight on my phone went on. The person informed me of this, and I replied that I couldn't take care of it as I was paying for my pizza. Her response was snippy; she said, "I'm just trying to help". When I asked about the cost of the pizza, she initially didn't respond and then answered with a snarl. After paying, I told her about my experience when ordering my pizza and she seemed clueless. I had never been to this establishment before, but did so today at my grandsons' request. I will never be returning. I am not a rude person and do not appreciate being treated poorly. I do not live in Massapequa, and believe me, this pizza was nothing special.
