"I discovered this restaurant just last week, even though I've been living in Newton for about a year. It's fantastic! I've only tried their pepperoni calzone, but it's incredible—always fresh and served hot. The prices are great as well; very affordable considering the quality of the food. I think I might have found my new favorite pizza spot!"

"I've been going to Gold's Pizza for over three years, as I work nearby and love their meat lover calzone. However, I ordered one tonight and after eating about half of it, I felt sick because it was so greasy. I called to let them know, and the staff offered me a $2 discount on my next order. Given that the calzone costs $13 on its own, that seems pretty inadequate as a resolution. What can I really do with just $2?"

"Was in the area on a Tuesday afternoon after lunch time and this place got good reviews so we decided to check it out. It was hard to pick something because the menu has lots of options and the reviews recommended lots of different dishes. I went with the steak and cheese and my friend got the pizza and fries. The steak and cheese was really good, cooked right and a decent amount of steak! The pizza was also good and so were the fries! The staff was great, all super friendly and helpful! Will be back to try other things!"

"I haven't visited this place for nearly 18 months because I was misgendered by the owner and employees. Their cheesteak slice was the only good item on the menu and the place has zero ambiance, no energy and some TV screen shows nothing except for some funky music.I hope this restaurant stays closed because guests should be treated the same regardless of their sexual orientation and this place receives a F in my book. There is plenty of competition in this area for Italian restaurants and I will no longer patronize this joint. I grew up in the area and attended Conestoga HS around the corner.Shame on you for treating customers this way!"

"We had ordered from here several times and other than I couple mix up’s, we never had any real complaints….until now. We ordered three pizzas all together Hawaiian , Pepperoni and plain. There were no complaints about the plain one, but the other two were horrible ! Neither of them even looked like they were baked, no toastyness to the crust and the cheese and pepperonis were barely cooked. They also said neither of them hardly had any sauce. It’s sad for all the money we spent we had two pizzas go to waste. Now I ordered a cold hoagie with specific instructions to please send the lettuce and onion on the side …they got the cold side right at least. We really loved ordering from here but after the waste of money last night, it looks like that will be our last order : I couldn’t base this review from just the horrible food last night so I gave it three. But soupy based on last night it would have been a 1."

"Let me first start of by saying the price gauging from the actual cost to the prices on the sign is ridiculous. But if the food was good you wouldn't mind paying. $36.00 for a wrap, a sub, and 2 sodas is highway robbery. The steak and cheese that was ordered was supposed to be toasted with extra cheese, mayo and light hots. What was received was a dry hardened brick with no mayo, no hots and looked like a brick you would throw into to the fireplace or a stick that you would throw at your dog to play fetch....but honestly even the dog wouldn't want it. The wrap that was ordered was a Greek wrap with grilled chicken, extra dressing and no peppers. I didn't mind picking my peppers out of the wrap but the chicken must have been cooked yesterday because it was tougher than the price I had to pay for it. I'll just stop here and not go into the cleanliness of the establishment but if you want to be overcharged for poor quality at a less than desirable atmosphere then your a glutton for punishment. This place came highly recommended. But this is definitely a one and done for me."

"Really disappointing . I waited from 3:30 to 5:06 for my food . There was a glitch so ok I get it . My Greek Salad comes finally there is no dressing . I call guy on phone says he says he put it in the bag .I said it's not in the bag . He says well I'm going to watch the video of him packing it . I said you can watch the video of him not putting it in the bag . Like I am going to lie about it and call just to make up stories . I asked for a credit for the Salad with no dressing. He says I'll give you 20 off next order . No thank you . I won't be ordering from here again. Your better off picking up your own food . Because the service is not good . Still tipped the driver because it wasn't her fault. But she snatched the tip like a hungry little bird . This place is for the birds ...Never again ."

"I called Ledo 's at 9:12 p.m. Jose answered the phone. The restaurant was closed. Although the restaurant was closed, he was willing to take and prepare my order because the fryer had not been turned off. He was extremely kind, polite, and friendly. What an amazing example of going beyond what was required of him. This is not a common practice of restaurant workers. Most are anxious to get home after a long hard day at work. The chicken salad was scrumptious! The order was ready in five minutes and when I arrived after about 10 minutes the order was brought out to me. He refused to take a tip. He 's a keeper! Ledo is fortunate to have Jose as part of its team."

"I ordered from here and I had gotten 4 kids pop corn chickens, yet when they arrived they were chicken tenders instead. When I called and explained the situation the woman on the phone said she could give me a credit and before I could respond she had hung up on me. I called back and she not only denied that she had hung up but she also blamed me for “miscommunicating the order” when I in fact did not as I specifically remember ordering the pop corn chickens. After our small dispute she only then told me that they were closing soon so they could not cook the chicken and deliver it at the time and hung up on me again. I then googled the time and they stop delivering at 9:30 p.m. and it was only 8:20 p.m., horrible customer service."

"After relocating to Weymouth from Connecticut last year, I had a visit from my sister and cousin. We decided to stop by Konos for a nightcap and a bite to eat. Unfortunately, we were turned away by the two bartenders because they claimed they had never seen a Connecticut ID before. As a 27-year-old who has visited this place several times, I find it somewhat flattering that they thought I was underage. However, it would be beneficial for the staff to receive training on how to recognize out-of-state IDs, especially those from neighboring states. Their disrespectful behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable, and as a result, I will definitely not be returning."
