"I stayed at the Don Fernando for three weeks while on a fire assignment and dined here almost every night, trying nearly the entire menu! The highlights included the sopapillas, smothered steak burrito, fish and chips, fried stuffed jalapeños, and the oversized salads, as well as the nachos. However, the burger was consistently a bit overcooked on three occasions, and the prices are a bit steep. Nevertheless, it's overall quite good for hotel food. The service was always friendly, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, although only the bar area was open during my stay, not the full dining area."
