"If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I visited the restaurant tonight with my family who was in town, and while the live band was fantastic and the atmosphere was pleasant, everything else fell short. After waiting for two hours without receiving any drinks or food, the General Manager, Anthony, explained that he was doing the best he could. When we politely asked for some water, he informed us that he couldn't provide that either. Furthermore, he suggested that if we had an issue with the service, we should consider going elsewhere to enjoy our evening. This place has the potential to be great, but it really needs better management and organization. In the end, Anthony decided to "comp" our bill; however, water is free, so I don't see that as a generous offer."
